Christine Rittner, a distinguished expert in the field of HR & Retail, acts as a business angel for various start-ups, as interim manager and holds demanding supervisory and consulting positions.
She is a member of the supervisory board of Greenforce, a member of the board of directors of Denner (Migros Group), a female founder mentor at Campus Founders and a member of the advisory board of Startup Teens and the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU).
With an impressive career of 19 years at Lidl, including 2 years as CEO in Lithuania, and until 2020 as Global CHRO and board member responsible for 300,000 employees in 32 countries, Christine brings extensive international experience. She has worked in various countries (Ireland, Austria, Lithuania and Germany) and at various management levels.In addition to her professional commitments, Christine Rittner has contributed significantly to the books "Future Republic", "The Rise of Top Female Managers - Female Role Models from Five Economic Nations on Success Paths to Top Positions" and "Mission Possible - Possible Mission".
She is actively involved in networks such as encourageventures e.V., GenCEO and FidAR. In 2016, she was recognized by Capital as one of the Top 40 Under 40 and in 2022 she received the Mission Female Award in the Consulting category.
