Maxi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc in Global Affairs from the Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University, and a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Berlin and a Tech & Innovation research fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute in San Francisco.
