Kasey’s career began during her university studies when she joined the management team at Phaphama, a student-led entrepreneurial consultancy. Since then, she has built marketing flywheels for startups from seed to Series C, taking her from Cape Town, South Africa to Berlin, Germany. At Google for Startups, Kasey managed ecosystem development in the DACH region, marketed programs for women founders, and supported the Black Founders Fund launch.
Currently, she heads up marketing at HV, where she leverages her experience to enhance HV’s brand across Europe.

The thread line through Elisheva’s international career is storytelling. After growing up in the US, briefly in Israel, and studying in Argentina, she completed her Master of Science in Biomedical Communication at the University of Toronto.
She developed content for a UK science publisher in San Francisco, moved to Germany, and joined a health app startup, then a company builder in an editorial capacity. She has documented countless founder journeys on Medium – eventually transitioning to a PR/Marketing focus.
As VP Communications at Earlybird Venture Capital, she supports the team, portfolio companies & ecosystem at large.
