The science of startups research project aims to disentangle the success drivers of startup ecosystems to identify better, evidence-based interventions to foster startups and entrepreneurship.

In the workshop, we will present our latest research insights from a survey with hundreds of founders from across Europe. The research makes a connection between interventions by startup backers (incubators, investors), founder personality and early-stage success metrics.

Additionally, we will present key insights from our foundational research on the impact of founder personalities on startup success and discuss with the audience how they can apply personality-based team building to build more resilient startup founder teams.
